The Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Inaugurated on January 4, 2010, this imposing skyscraper stands 828 meters (2,717 ft) tall and is known for its innovative architectural design, created by the firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.

Features of the Burj Khalifa:

Height: The architectural height is 828 meters (2,717 ft), with an antenna reaching 829.8 meters (2,722 ft).

Design: It was designed by the architect Adrian Smith and features a design inspired by the geometry of the flower Hymenocallis. Its Y-shaped base provides structural stability and maximizes views.

Usage: A mixed-use skyscraper that includes offices, luxury residences, a hotel (Armani Hotel), restaurants, and observation decks.

Note: It has several observation decks, such as "At The Top" on levels 124 and 125, and "At The Top SKY" on level 148, offering panoramic views of Dubai and its surroundings.

Construction: Construction started in January 2004 and was completed in October 2009. More than 330,000 cubic metres of concrete and 39,000 tons of steel were used for the construction.

Owner: Emaar Properties.

Cost: The estimated construction cost was approximately $1.5 billion.
